PROLOGIS SIGNS DEAL WITH DHL JAPAN
ProLogis, a provider of distribution services and facilities, has signed a 20-year lease with DHL Japan Inc. to provide a 196,000-square-foot built-to-suit distribution center in Shinkiba, Japan.
The facility, just outside Tokyo, will serve as a hub for DHL's East Japan operations. ProLogis serves DHL and affiliates in 18 different locations in Europe and the United States.
