PWC Logistics appoints Simon as Europe CEO
Kuwait's PWC Logistics has appointed former Panalpina regional head Beat Simon as its chief executive officer for the European region.
In Europe, PWC largely operates under its GeoLogistics and Natural brands.
Simon, a Swiss national, was CEO for Latin America at Panalpina, where he has also worked in Europe and North America and been a member of its executive board. Prior to joining Panalpina, he worked 18 years with the Danzas Group.
'He brings significant experience to our organization and we look forward to his contribution to expand and develop our operating capabilities as we continue to focus on offering effective, integrated end to end supply chain solutions to our customers around the world,' said Charbel Abou Jaoude, PWC's managing director of global operations.
