PWC Logistics, Dnata establish inter-airport logistics company
Kuwait City-based PWC Logistics and Dnata, the Dubai-based air cargo and airport services provider, have established a joint venture company to provide inter-airport logistics services in the Gulf region.
Dnata and PWC Logistics will both own a 50 percent share in Dnata-PWC Airport Logistics LLC. The new company is expected to be operational in the third quarter, offering air cargo operators road feeder service between airports in the Gulf region. The joint venture will be managed by PWC Logistics and chaired by Dnata
Initially, the company will focus its operations on Lebanon and Jordan, but PWC Logistics and Dnata said they plan to expand throughout and beyond the Middle East in the future.
