Rondeau named deputy commander, U.S. Transportation Command
Navy Vice Adm. Ann E. Rondeau has been nominated for assignment as deputy commander, U.S. Transportation Command at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
Rondeau, who serves as director, Navy Staff, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon, will take over from Army Lt. Gen. Robert T. Dail, who has been nominated to become director, Defense Logistics Agency in Ft. Belvoir, Va.
USTRANSCOM’s mission is to provide air, land and sea transportation for the Department of Defense.
