SCHENKER APPOINTS MANAGING DIRECTORS
Schenker, the German forwarding group, has appointed new managing directors in the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Guatemala.
Hartmut L'hr has been named president and chief executive officer of Schenker, Inc. in the U.S., effective April 1.
Herbert Wilhelm, who has headed the Schenker branch in Osaka, will be the new executive vice president of Japan Schenker Co. Ltd., based in Tokyo, replacing Hans-J'rgen Schlausch.
Schlausch has been appointed managing director of Schenker Ltd. in the U.K., succeeding Rudi Opitz.
Opitz is taking over the management of Schenker do Brasil, which has its headquarters in Sao Paulo.
David Molina, currently head of Schenker’s branch office in Guatemala, has been named managing director of Schenker, S.A. in Guatemala.
