STUDY: TRANSPACIFIC MAKES OR BREAKS CONTAINER LINESWEINROTH NAMED VP, CONTROLLER FOR ATLAS AIR
Stuart G. Weinroth has been promoted to vice president and controller of Atlas Air Inc., the New-York based airline that provides aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance for international carriers.
Weinroth, senior director strategic planning and financial analysis, joined Atlas in 1997. Prior to Atlas, he served as business manager, maintenance division, and senior analyst, financial planning and analysis for United Airlines Inc.
He replaces Stan Gadek who is leading Atlas to take the position of chief financial officer for AirTranAirways.
