Swissport International, Swiss WorldCargo form partnership
Swiss WorldCargo, the cargo division of Swiss International Air Lines Ltd., and airport ground services group Swissport International, have signed a five-year global cargo partnership agreement worth about $80 million.
According to Swiss WorldCargo, the deal is worth about CHF20 million ($16 million) a year and will cover the handling of more than 200,000 tons of cargo a year by Swissport International at 25 destinations served by Swiss WorldCargo.
