SYNTEGRA, HEWLETT PACKARD LINK UP FOR AIRPORT SYSTEMS IN CHINA
Syntegra, a consulting and systems provider, has entered into a cooperation agreement with Hewlett Packard China covering the air and logistics sectors in greater China.
The agreement was made just as the Chinese authorities “are embarking on an unprecedented level of development and investment in the country’s airport infrastructure,” Syntegra said.
There are currently 128 civil airports in mainland China, including 31 international gateways. The construction of new hub airports, upgrading of trunk airports and the development of feeder airports will see this number grow to 170 by 2005, Syntegra said.
