Tornadoes can happen any time of the year, but truckers are most at risk from February tornadoes in a certain part of the country.

Truckers will hit delays the rest of the week as more periods of heavy rain soak the Deep South (with forecast video).

Most of this research is being done in other states, far away from this part of the U.S. Places like California, Detriot, Singapore, and Pittsburgh are fast becoming the new epicenter of research in this sector.
