CloudTrucks has purchased Shipwell’s brokerage, and Shipwell plans to focus on its SaaS offering.

To date, drivers have completed 45,000 loads and have earned over $75 million using CloudTrucks’ solutions, according to co-founder and CEO Tobenna Arodiogbu.

“We are expanding our reach by allowing owner-operators to keep their own authority and still have the same CloudTrucks experience.”
