TNT FORMS ALLIANCE WITH POSTE ITALIANE
TNT Post Group has formed a strategic alliance with Poste Italiane. The agreement will establish a joint company, controlled by TPG, by September.
The joint company will offer direct marketing services including high quality lists with customer data. TPG will bring its experience in direct marketing. Poste Italiane will contribute market knowledge, commercial contacts and insight in the Italian culture.
TPG is a global provider of mail, express and logistics services.
