TNT Logistics signs with AT&T for voice networking
TNT Logistics North America, a provider of supply chain services, has awarded a three-year, $1.5 million contract to AT&T. The agreement is an expansion of an existing pact for data services.
Under terms of the contract, AT&T will provide voice networking services to 'put us closer in touch with our customers, as well as our internal network of operations,' said Keith Goldsmith, vice president and chief information officer of TNT Logistics North America.
TNT uses AT&T's BusinessDirect portal for real-time reports on network performance and direct connection to electronic billing and trouble-management systems.
TNT Logistics North America, based in Jacksonville, Fla., is a business unit of TNT Logistics.
