TNT POST GROUP COMPLETES PURCHASE OF FRENCH BARLATIER
TNT Post Group NV has purchased the remaining 49-percent stake in Barlatier SA, a French logistics firm. TNT had purchased the initial 51 percent share last year.
Barlatier specializes in logistics services for industrial, pharmaceutical, electronics and consumer goods.
