TNT to delist from London, Frankfurt stock exchanges
Dutch mail and global logistics provider TNT said today it will delist from the London and Frankfurt stock exchanges over the next few months.
“The costs for these listings are not justified by the low trading volume in TNT shares at both stock exchanges,” TNT said in a statement.
TNT expects to cancel its listing on the London Stock Exchange on or about March 21 and for the Frankfurt Stock Exchange before the end of May.
TNT shares will remain listed at Euronext Amsterdam and the New York Stock Exchange.
