TOTE names Deaver president, promotes Parrott to VP
Totem Ocean Trailer Express (TOTE), an ocean carrier that operates between Tacoma, Wash., and Anchorage, Alaska, has named Bill Deaver president and appointed John Parrott vice president, Alaska.
Deaver has been the company’s chief operating officer and will now have both titles. Parrott was TOTE’s general manager for Alaska.
