Trinidad and Tobago appoints SeaSecure for port security work
A consortium of Trinidad and Tobago government and port authority operators has selected SeaSecure LLC, a maritime security consulting firm, to carry out maritime security port vulnerability assessments and security plans for their port facilities.
Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based SeaSecure said it is providing similar services to other Caribbean nations, including Grenada and Aruba.
The company is run by Kim Petersen, a member of the Marine Transportation System National Advisory Council, which advises the U.S. Department of Transportation.
