Turkon drops Lisbon from transatlantic service
Istanbul-based Turkon Container Transportation & Shipping is dropping calls at Lisbon on its transatlantic “USA Line” service.
The last departure from Lisbon is scheduled to be made by the vessel “Selma Kalkavan” on Oct. 03.
The “USA Line” service has a sailing frequency of approximately seven days and uses four ships averaging 1,164 TEUs. The revised port rotation is New York, Norfolk, Charleston, Gemlik, Istanbul, Izmir, New York, Norfolk and Charleston.
