TWO WOW ALLIANCE MEMBERS STARTING NEW SERVICE
Lufthansa Cargo and Singapore Airlines Cargo customers will be able to book and ship on cargo with its new harmonized “Large and Heavy Express” service, effective Oct. 28.
In this service, for bookings made 24 hours in advance of the published “Latest Acceptance Time” for large and heavy express products, capacity is guaranteed for shipments of up to one ton on freighter flights, and up to 250 kg on passenger flights.
If the shipment is not available at its destination at the promised “Time of Availability,” the customer will receive a 100 percent refund of the paid net weight charge.
