U.S./Canada wheat dispute goes before NAFTA panel review
The Canadian Wheat Board has requested an independent bi-national panel of North American Free Trade Agreement to review the U.S. government’s determination of Canadian wheat sales at less than fair market value.
A similar panel was requested by the Canadian government to review a countervailing duty determination against Canadian wheat by the U.S. Commerce Department.
