U.S. TO SIGN MULTILATERAL OPEN-SKIES AGREEMENT TODAY
U.S. Transportation Secretary Norman Y. Mineta and representatives of Brunei Darussalam, Chile, New Zealand and Singapore will sign a multilateral open-skies agreement today.
The agreements will eliminate barriers to free trade in aviation services between the five trading countries.
The signing will take place at the U.S. Department of Transportation, in Washington.
