UP execs retire
Union Pacific Corp. said Vice Chairman James Dolan and Carl von Bernuth, senior vice president and general counsel, retired.
J. Michael Hemmer, vice president-law for the company’s railroad subsidiary, was promoted to senior vice president-law and general counsel for both the railroad and the corporation.
Dolan served as vice president-law from 1983 until is appointment to the board in 2002.
