USPS DISCOUNTS RATES FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS
The U.S. Postal Service said it is offering discount rates online for customers who purchase Global Express Guaranteed service and meet a minimum number of shipments per week.
The discount rates will be decided based on minimums of five, 12, or 20 pieces per week.
