USSEC reconfirms July 1 rise in tariff rates
The United States South Europe Conference (USSEC) of ocean carriers has reconfirmed previously-announced increases in tariff rates, effective July l.
The conference's eastbound tariff rates will be increased by $160 per 20-foot dry container, $200 per 40-45-foot dry container, $240 per 20-foot temperature-controlled container, and $300 per 40-foot temperature-controlled container.
Westbound tariff rates will be subject to a general rate increase of $200 per 20-foot container and $250 per 40-45-foot container.
