USTR’s Schwab names Keeler to chief of staff
U.S. Trade Representative Susan Schwab has named Timothy Keeler to chief of staff.
Prior to this appointment, Keeler served about five years as deputy to the assistant secretary for legislative affairs at the Treasury Department. In 2001, he served on the presidential transition team as a policy coordinator for the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Export Administration (now Bureau of Industry and Security) and International Trade Commission.
From 1998 to 2001, Keeler served as a staff member for the Senate Finance Committee.
