WALLENIUS WILHELMSEN, ôKö LINE TO COOPERATE IN ATLANTIC
Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines and “K” Line are planning to cooperate on their transatlantic roll-on/roll-off services.
Under a space charter agreement filed with the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines will take space on “K” Line’s ro/ro vessels operating between the U.S. Atlantic Coast and ports in Europe, including the United Kingdom and Scandinavia.
The agreement also allows for a limited range of cooperative activities between the shipping lines related to the space chartering.
