WTS Agencies has appointed Milo Prado partner and chief information officer.
Prado, a 25-year industry veteran, spent 12 years with Inchcape Shipping Services, where he managed land-based operations and information technology-related projects.
WTS, based in Virginia Beach, Va., is a provider of transportation software and Internet applications, shipping services and training.
