Yellow shareholders to vote on Roadway
Yellow Corp. has scheduled a shareholders meeting Dec. 9 to approve the acquisition of Roadway Corp. and changing the transportation holding company’s name to Yellow Roadway Corp.
The merger will create the largest national less-than-truckload company in North America. Yellow said the transaction could close as early as Dec. 11 pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.
